Mysterium Network is a decentralized VPN and bandwidth-sharing protocol where participants earn MYST tokens by sharing their unused internet bandwidth with others. Instead of routing traffic through centralized servers, Mysterium uses a peer-to-peer network of nodes run by regular users.

How it works

• Node operators share their bandwidth by running the Mysterium node software
• VPN users route their traffic through these nodes and pay MYST tokens for the service
• Node operators earn MYST proportional to the bandwidth they provide
• No mining hardware is required — any device with a stable internet connection can participate

Kryptex and Mysterium Network

The Kryptex desktop app supports Mysterium Network as an additional earning option alongside cryptocurrency mining. Users can enable Mysterium within the Kryptex app to earn MYST tokens passively while their machine is idle or between mining sessions.
